Avui ha sigut una de les ultimes classes d’informàtica del curs, és una llàstima, ja que he passat molt bones estones en aquestes classes, i m’agradaria que llegíssiu aquesta cançó de Lady Gaga:

Hola bona tarda!!! Suposo que aquesta serà una de les ultimes entrades com a treball de  informàtica... ja que tenim un control el dijous!! Bé m'ho he passat bé descobrint que hi ha gent que visita aquest bloc fins i tot d’Alemanya i USA! No sigueu tímids i la pròxima vegada comenteu!! :)

Linus Torvalds

Neix en 1969 i és un informàtic finlandès que es el creador i mantenidor del nucli Linux (Que és el nucli del sistema operatiu GNU/Linux, es distribueix amb el conjunt d'utilitats de GNU, entorns d'escriptori i altres aplicacions, formant un sistema operatiu complet). Al 1991, començà la creació del nucli d'un sistema operatiu. Linus va batejar el seu projecte Freex, però al final el publica amb el nom de Linux.Poc temps després , la primera versió és va ser millorar i ampliar per altres informàtics de tot el món.

Avui en dia encara col·labora amb milers de persones de tot arreu, treballant per millorar i adequar als nous temps el nucli Linux, organitzant-se per correu electrònic.

Steve Jobs

Va néixer a San Francisco en 1955 i va morir a Los Angeles, Califòrnia en 2011,  fou un empresari del sector informàtic estatunidenc, cofundador i president d'Apple i màxim accionista individual de The Walt Disney Company.

Va fundar Apple el 1976 amb Steve Wozniak ( és un enginyer electrònic nord-americà. Els seus invents i màquines estan reconeguts com a grans contribucions a la revolució de l'ordinador personal en els anys setanta) i Ronald Wayne (és el tercer i poc conegut fundador d’Apple , fou el que va fer el primer logotip d’Apple i a demés fou el que escriví els manuals de les instruccions del Apple I.) i varen fabricar plegats el primer Apple anomenat Apple I al garatge de casa seva.

A principis de 1984 la seva companyia va llançar el Macintosh 128K, que fou el primer ordinador  que es va comercialitzar, i que usava una interfície gràfica d'usuari (GUI) i un ratolí.

Jobs va ser acomiadat d'Apple el 1985, però  tornà el 1997 a la companyia, on va ocupar el càrrec de director executiu fins al 24 d'agost de 2011.

Bill Gates

William Henry Gates III, va néixer en 1955, és un empresari americà de la branca de la informàtica. Va programar l'Altair BASIC original per a l'Altair 8800 (sistema ordinador creat el 1975 per l'empresa estatunidenca MITS). Va fundar Microsoft amb Paul Allen ( empresari estatunidenc).

Richard Matthew Stallman

Conegut activista del programari lliure. Els seus treballs més importants com a programador són l'editor de text Emacs, el compilador GCC i el depurador GDB, sota el Projecte GNU.

També és l'inventor del concepte Copyleft (tot i que no és ell qui li va posar nom), un mètode per llicenciar el programari perquè sigui sempre de lliure ús i modificació.

Niklaus Wirth

Niklaus Wirth neix aWinterthur en 1934, i és un científic de la computació. El 1959 guanya el títol de enginyer a Electrònica a l'Escola Politècnica Federal de Zuric (ETH). El 1963 obté un Doctorat a la Universitat de Califòrnia. Wirth va ser el cap de disseny dels llenguatges de programació Euler, Algol W, Pascal,Modula, Modula-2 i Oberon. Com a curiositat el seu article de desenvolupament d'un programa per refinament successiu ("program development by stepwise refinement") és considerat un text clàssic en l'enginyeria del programari.
